My name is Celeste and I am a social impact consultant and self-employer with a passion for concrete and alternative value enhancement practices across societies.

I have a background in International Development and Management, diverse experiences in international organisations, NGOs, public and private sector across fundraising, reporting, field research and community processes.

Impact is not only my drive but also my commitment in my personal and professional life. Therefore, I have always tried to meaningfully contribute with curiosity, radicality and passion.

As consultant in the non-profit sector, I am experienced and envisioned in suggesting rather than deciding, supporting rather than negotiating, building rather than dividing.

With this mindset I am at supporting people, businesses, communities in maiing projects meaningful and scalable, in all their phases thanks to project management, coordination and cmmunity engagement skills that crosscut all project life cycles.
